Non-Permissible Usage for Zero-Touch Enrolled Devices

To ensure compliance with industry standards and protect user privacy, the following activities are strictly prohibited for devices enrolled through zero-touch deployment:

  • Implementation of device financing control mechanisms or solutions designed to restrict device usage in connection with hardware leasing arrangements
  • Deployment of solutions primarily intended for surveillance, monitoring, or eavesdropping purposes that are not directly related to legitimate enterprise device management
  • Automatic installation, pushing, or preloading of applications and services on Android devices without obtaining explicit, informed consent from both the customer organization and their end users
  • Development and implementation of solutions exclusively for internal first-party applications, unless such implementations have received specific approval from relevant authorities

Violation of these non-permissible usage terms will result in immediate service suspension and may lead to permanent termination of EMM services.

4. Subscription-Based ERP Services

Our ERP system for mobile retailers is provided as a subscription-based service. By subscribing to our ERP platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Subscription Plans: Services are available under monthly and yearly subscription plans. Pricing details are made available on our website or shared directly with customers.
  • Billing: Payments are to be made in advance for the chosen billing cycle. Failure to pay within the due period may result in suspension or termination of service access.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may be automatically renewed unless explicitly cancelled before the renewal date.
